What does this plan consist of?
The Professional sales training programme consists of the following three components:
- Access to classroom sales courses of half a day, one every month (up to 15 sessions),
- Access to interactive live webinars, one every month (up to 15 webinars),
- Use of our micro-learning app for daily repetition and deepening of the subject matter, and weekly participation in the sales challenge.
The classroom training courses are an important part of the Train 'n Gain Professional sales training. Every month we organize half a day sales training and focus on of the topics in the sales training program. Because the sessions take a relatively short time, they perfectly fit in busy agendas. Moreover, the combination of limited duration, high frequency and maximum intensity ensures the best return on learning efforts.
What can you expect?
Participants find the realistic role-plays of this sales training the most instructive element.
They allow participants to practice the application of techniques in their own business environment. The evaluation of recorded role-plays open the eyes of the participants.
Discussion with other participants on relevant topics is encouraged. After all, interaction and dynamism are key elements of this sales training.

Every month we publish the sales challenge. This encourages the participants to use their creativity. The winning solution is published by email and in the app every month.
In addition, a new topic is available every month in the micro-learning app, in line with the classroom sales training and the webinars. This means that during that month participants can practise with scenarios, video cases, and assignments.
Each assignment comes with the relevant theory. Therefore the app functions as a cheat sheet for everything that is learned in the training and webinars.
