This customization in-company leadership training is the most effective way to improve the people management skills of managers, team leaders and executives within an organization. Onboarding


During the onboarding, discussions are held with management and the participants. In these conversations we map training needs. This allows us to shape this in-company leadership training in such a way that it fits well with what is needed in the organization. Onboarding answers questions such as:

  • What is the seniority of the various participants?
  • In which areas should the participants develop themselves?
  • What is the organizational culture and what are the styles of leadership applied?
  • What kind of dialogue procedures are in place?
  • What improvements need to be realised?

In this way we can put together the program in such a way that it fits well and gives the best results.


Classroom


The classroom sessions are the core of the Train 'n Gain in-company leadership training. Because the training is tailor-made, the cases and role plays are realistic and instructive. These role plays are recorded on video and reviewed and discussed.
Interaction and dynamism are central to our training. The experienced leadership trainer makes the participants' strengths and points of improvement transparent. Immediately after the leadership training, the participants are armed with new self-insights. They get to work and conduct better conversations with their team members, that ultimately produce better results.

It is very important to repeat and practise regularly after the leadership training sessions.
In consultation with the client we develop live webinars, which deepen and/or supplement the learning matter.
These webinars are made exclusively for the company and are therefore only accessible to the participants in the training.

Micro
learning


Participants in the leadership training receive the special Train 'n Gain micro-learning app for leadership on their smartphone. This is the perfect follow-up.
For about 3 months, they get an assignment, case or video every working day. This enables them to work on their people management skills every day!

Gamification

Because of the gamification, participants start the battle with their colleagues. The app is currently bilingual: Dutch and English.
For the die-hards, there is only one goal: to achieve the top position in the rankings!
