Walk-in training: Body language and conversation psychology (in Dutch)

In all sales training, attention is paid to what you say and how you say it. The Train 'n Gain sales training is no exception. However, there are other aspects that may have much more influence on the conversation result. This has to do with your body language and applied conversation psychology.
In this training you will learn how to use these two, often underexposed, elements to achieve better results.
The training is accessible to subscribers of the Professional program and is in Dutch.
In this training, we will focus on the following topics
- Why is your body language so important?
- What signals do you and your partner communicate unconsciously and what can you do with them?
- How can you use your body language to support your story?
- What is conversation psychology and how can you apply this in very difficult situations, which hardly seem to be able to achieve a good result?
